Caleb Fabry has spent more than 20 years continuing his family’s legacy through his work with Town & Country Pest Solutions. On a mission to make it the most honest and effective pest control service in the area, he is an inspiring leader who learned from his parents how to put his employees and customers at the heart of everything he does. He was named President of the company in 2016 and his genuine approach has created a family atmosphere where people feel appreciated and truly love what they do.
Founded in 1986 by his father and mother, Matt and Colette Fabry, Caleb grew up in the business. Today, he continues to follow the groundwork his parents set forth by starting Town & Country while working multiple jobs and raising 3 boys. They taught Caleb and his brothers how to put God first and lead with their Christian values. Under his leadership, the business has grown and evolved, while continuing to deliver the best service, as evidenced by its 2019 PCT Rising Star Award and being named one of the “best of the best” businesses in the Rochester Choice Awards for 4 consecutive years.

Caleb is known as being an innovator with cutting edge ideas and technology that have propelled the business forward, such as being one of the first to use mobile devices and cameras in the field. T&C continues to be a thought leader in the space, using social media to connect with its customers and demonstrate the dedication of its team. Through its growth, the company has also expanded to now provide residential and commercial services in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse.
A selfless and humble leader, Fabry attributes the company’s success to his upbringing and his entire team. Along with his wife and 4 children, he is also involved with Northstar Christian Academy, First Bible Baptist Church in addition to the many local community events that Town & Country Pest Solutions participates in. He is a firm believer in being connected to and giving back to the community and hopes to inspire his colleagues to do the same.
