“It always begins with a client’s dream and vision, communicating what they would like,” says Amanda who specializes in single family homes. With attention to detail, an existing floor plan or a custom design, Amanda creates a unique space—complete with 3D visualizations—for each client. “Sometimes I wake up at 3am with inspirations and problem solutions! I genuinely love what I do!”

The Willow Cottage design was just built on Seneca Lake and will soon be available as an Airbnb! Amanda enjoyed working with her clients from start to completion to get the floor plan just right. While the front of a home is usually more detailed than the rear, lake houses are the opposite. This house plan specifically features a layered deck and outdoor living space with large windows and picture doors. The cozy cottage design invites guests to unplug and connect with the natural environment.

A mother of a two-year-old and baby on the way, Amanda says she and her husband are building themselves a farmhouse she designed: a three-bedroom ranch house which brings outside views in with large windows and a nice deck.
