Once a client contracts us for their kitchen project, we carefully note each detail of the project plan. It is not uncommon to have 30–40-page contract packets, depending on the complexity of your project. From the time a client first contacts us to the time their project begins can be a few months. It is easy to forget details like the shade of tile you chose, so we create a complete project packet for you, including such pieces as images of the design and products, blueprints, specifically detailed project scope, and importantly, a What’s Next Form so you always know what to expect.

These designers are highly skilled in construction estimation, taking location photos, planning for such concerns as electrical access, ergonomic function, and use of space.
