Autumn Yoga @ Knox Farms State Park

Enjoy the fall foliage as we embark on a 2 mile, all-level yoga & hike through beautiful Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora, NY. We will begin with a moment of reflection and a few basic stretches at the trailhead, followed by a wooded hike using simple yogic principles of breath and movement.
